Important Agreement

Thank you for your interest in adopting a baby from Kelli Maple Nursery. These terms exist to protect both you and the seller. Please read carefully. By purchasing, you agree fully to all terms.

Payment & Layaway Policy

• Accepted payment methods: Bank/Wire Transfer, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, CashApp
• Layaway plans are available with a minimum 20% deposit
• Remaining balance must be completed within 3 months
• Dolls under layaway only ship when payment is complete
• All payments are non-refundable
• All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges

Shipping Information

• Free UPS shipping within the United States
• Outside the U.S., buyer covers shipping and customs fees
• Delivery time within U.S.: 2–3 days
• Seller may request your preferred name and delivery address before shipping

Workspace & Allergy Notice

The nursery operates from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. Cats and small pets may occasionally be near the workspace. If you have pet allergies, please note this before purchase.

Touch-Ups & Aftercare

• Seller only performs touch-ups on her own original artwork
• Dolls altered by others or modified by owners will not be retouched
• Touch-ups are offered to the original buyer only
• Resold dolls are not eligible for touch-ups
• Handmade dolls may contain minor flaws like any handcrafted art piece

Magnet & Weighting Disclosure

• Weighted with fine glass beads and polyfill
• Can be adjusted to be lighter for collectors who prefer lower weight
• Magnetic pacifier support uses neodymium magnets
• Magnets may interfere with pacemakers—please request removal if needed

Custom Order Timeframes

Custom nursery orders may take 2–3 months, but this is not guaranteed. The artist remains communicative with progress photos and approvals during the process.

What Your Baby Arrives With

Each doll ships home dressed in a diaper and outfit, wrapped in a soft blanket, with a powder-scented wafer inside. Standard layette includes:

• 1 Sleeper
• 2 Extra outfits
• 1 Lovey for photos
• COA and Artist Birth Certificate included if provided
• Larger box openings available at extra cost

Final Consent

By submitting payment or accepting an invoice, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years or older
• Are a collector purchasing art, not toys
• Understand that payments are non-refundable
• Agree to all nursery terms
